My casual necklaces are strung on cord and are shorter than most of the others; they are just for fun and may or may not have any spiritual healing qualities, although a lot of them include jade of various types, which is known for healing and protection. Some have Nelapese pendants; the Buddha eye pendanats are reversible. Some can be worn by men or women. A few have vermeil or sterling silver clasps, but mostly they are made with brass, pewter, and gold-clad beads. Many of them include bone and glass beads, because large-holed beads will fit on the cord. For these reasons, they are much less expensive than the usual ones that I spend hours making; all of them sell for $40-50 each plus shipping and packaging. I am hoping to serve a market that likes the style of my pieces and may not wish to spend what the usual ones cost in order to have something unique. As with the other necklaces, each is one of a kind.
