These necklaces are for those with luxurious taste (like me; I always head straight for the most expensive thing in the store, like a bird dog). Here are some pieces originally from the artist's personal collection and some designed for those for whom an occasional splurge is exciting but not dangerous. Some are simple, classy and tasteful. Others are fancy or dramatic (and tasteful too, of course; I love my own taste), and none are cheap. These are for those special occasions when you wish to turn heads. Enjoy!
Oh, and remember you can e-mail the artist at sindhuma@bindhu.org and she can send you larger pictures; either jpg files (large) or gif files (smaller, like the ones on this website, but large enough to see the details), as well as more information on the spiritual healing qualities of the precious gemstones and metals. Any larger necklace can be made smaller (not exactly the same as the picture, because I never make the same thing twice), more like a choker, and this would in all likelihood be cheaper, too. I'm going to be putting the length on each necklace but for now, you can e-mail me for the length of any you are interested in.
By the way, one reason why these are more expensive than the necklaces on the other pages is because some of the pendants were really expensive, the ingredients (14K gold, 22K vermeil, silver, precious gemstones ) were pricey, and/or they involve three strands of gemstone beads. The necklaces with three strands are really time-consuming, especially as I intuitively combine the stones for a particular design and then usually end up ripping the whole thing apart and re-designing it two or three times until it "feels" right. I guess I'm just more of a perfectionist about the fancy ones.
